NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING to be held on July 10, 2025 at 6:30 pm at the Afton Town Hall at 205 County Road 39 Afton NY 13730, to hear all concerns and comments on Proposed Local Law 1 of 2025, Entitled " Amendment of Local law no 2 of 2010, Licensing and Setting Licensing Fees of Dogs" Section 4.0: License Fees 4.02 and Section 6.0 Impoundment Fees of Dogs A &B. A copy is available at the Town clerk's office during regular business hours. All residents are urged to attend. By Order of the Afton Town Board 6/12/2025

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING with the Town of Afton Planning Board to be held July 21, 2025, at 6 PM
The purpose of the hearing is to solicit public input regarding a proposed campground development project at 123 Apple Tree Lane involving a land use change and property upgrades. (see PDF for details and code of conduct)

The Town Board of Afton has determined that it is desirable for the Town to construct a walking trail for use of its residents.

Further Notice, is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Afton will hold a Public Hearing thereon at the Town Office Building located at 204 County Road 39 Afton, at 7:15 pm on Thursday, January 11, 2024. All are welcome to attend.
